Become a Partner Agency

If you are a 501(c)(3) non-profit that operates a feeding program, and you would like to apply to become one of our partner agencies, please start by completing a New Partner Agency Application

As part of the application, you will be asked to submit the following documentation for your organization:

  • 501(c)(3) letter from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
  • DR-14 tax exempt form from the State of Florida
  • Food safety certificate (at least one volunteer/employee of your organization must have, at minimum, a food handler certificate)
  • Proof of pest control
  • Proof of at least six months of food distribution (receipts, flyers, donation forms, etc.)

Agencies interested in becoming a partner agency will also need to complete a site visit and orientation.  Our application process and timeline provides a visual representation of the application process and key dates for completing the application process.  If you have questions, please contact agency@pbcfoodbank.org.

SEASONAL PARTNER AGENCY APPLICATION

If you are a 501(c)(3) non-profit that is interested in starting a feeding program, the seasonal program is a good place for you to start.  Seasonal partner agencies receive produce only from PBCFB  during the agricultural season, which typically runs from January through May.

To apply to become a seasonal partner agency, an online application and the following documentation will need to be submitted for your organization:

  • 501(c)(3) letter from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
  • DR-14 tax exempt form from the State of Florida
  • Food safety certificate (at least one volunteer/employee of your organization must have, at minimum, a food handler certificate)
  • Proof of pest control

Agencies interested in becoming a seasonal partner agency will also need to complete a site visit and orientation.  PBCFB is no longer accepting applications for the 2016-2017 agricultural season.
