Interested in becoming a partner agency?

NEW! SEASONAL PARTNER AGENCY APPLICATION

If you are a 501(c)(3) non-profit that is interested in starting a feeding program, the seasonal program is a good place for you to start. Seasonal partner agencies receive produce only from PBCFB during the agricultural season, which typically runs from January through May.

To apply to become a seasonal partner agency, please start by completing a Seasonal Partner Agency Application (http://cdn.trustedpartner.com/docs/library/PBCFoodBank2014/Get%20Help/New%20Agency%20SEASONAL%20Application_10_18_16.pdf)  and submitting the following documentation for your organization:

  •  501(c)(3) letter from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
  •  DR-14 tax exempt form from the State of Florida
  •  Food safety certificate (at least one volunteer/employee of your organization must have, at minimum, a food handler certificate)
  •  Proof of pest control

Agencies interested in becoming a Seasonal Partner Agency will also need to complete a site visit and orientation by Friday, December 16th. Applications received after December 16th will be evaluated on a rolling basis. For questions, please contact agency@pbcfoodbank.org.
