The Rev. Kimberly Still grew up in Maryland and is the Associate for Outreach & Development at The Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea in Palm Beach. Prior to seminary, Mother Kimberly had a career in accounting and sales & marketing with Arthur Andersen & Company, CSX Corporation, and The MPS Group. She is a CPA and earned an undergraduate degree from Oregon State University and an MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore. After almost twenty years in the business world, Kimberly went to seminary as a postulant from Christ Church, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, and graduated from the School of Theology at the University of the South in Sewanee, TN, with a Master of Divinity in 2007. She was ordained to the diaconate and priesthood at St. John’s Cathedral in Jacksonville, FL that same year.
Kimberly initially served as Assistant Rector at St. Peter’s in Fernandina Beach, FL and then served as priest-in-charge at St. Margaret’s in the Diocese of Florida and at St. Peter’s in the Diocese of Washington, D.C. Alongside parish ministry, Kimberly served in The Diocese of Florida on the Diocesan Council and the Budget Committee as well as on the Camp St. Elizabeth committee which brought children with one or more incarcerated parents to camp for a week each summer.
