Food for Today, Resources for Tomorrow
A new program with the Florida Department of Health made possible with the support of Palm Beach County government and the Community Services Department. The Food and Nutrition program (FNP) is designed to strengthen communities through strategic partnerships with social service organizations. FNP establishes community hubs that integrate direct food distribution with essential wraparound services, including nutrition education. By addressing immediate food needs while also equipping residents with long-term resources, the program empowers individuals and families to enhance their quality of life and build sustainable futures that extend beyond food insecurity. FNP is implemented in collaboration with the Florida Department of Health, who provide the community with group and 1-1 nutrition education. The program is made possible with the support of Palm Beach County, the Florida Blue Foundation, and the Baptist Health Foundation.
