Eileen Acello
Eileen is currently a full-time faculty for the Marketing Department at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. In conjunction with her teaching, Eileen is the Coordinator for the Marketing Internship program as well as the Faculty Advisor to the American Marketing Association student organization.
Eileen currently consults for Acello & Associates, LLC where she performs market research and business development for her clients. Recently Eileen was the Director of Development and Recruitment for the Academy of Food Marketing for Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. Her role included food industry development, recruiting and co-operative education advising.
Eileen is a career marketing professional and educator with a specialty in the food and allied industry. She has over twenty-five years of experience in advertising, consumer behavior, market research and data analytics. She has been educating adults and traditional students in marketing for over 25 years.
Eileen has taught Marketing and Communications at West Chester University, West Chester, PA, Cheyney University, Cheyney, PA, Saint Joseph’s University’s, Philadelphia,Immaculata University in Immaculata, PA, Scottsdale Community College, Scottsdale, AZ & South Mountain Community College in South Mountain, AZ.
Eileen has a Master of Science in Training and Organizational Development from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA and a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from Western International University in Phoenix, AZ.
Eileen earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Food Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA.
Eileen resides in West Palm Beach, FL with her husband John and 3 children, Alison, Samantha and John.
